- How We Use Your Information
2.1 Personal Information: We use your personal information to provide you with access to the Gig Renter App and its features, including facilitating motorcycle rentals and communication between users. Your personal information may also be used for the following purposes:
Verifying your identity and eligibility to rent motorcycles.
Processing rental payments after the motorcycle is returned.
Communicating with you regarding your rentals, bookings, and payments.

2.2 Location Information: With your explicit permission, we may collect and use your location information to facilitate the rental process, including displaying nearby motorcycles available for rent, calculating rental durations and fees accurately, and assisting in motorcycle pick-up and drop-off.
2.3 Media Access: With your explicit permission, we may access your media files to allow you to upload and manage your profile photo within the Gig Renter App. We will securely store these images in Amazon's S3 servers.

3.1 Motorcycle Listings and Bookings: Certain information you provide, such as your motorcycle preferences and availability, will be shared with potential renters to facilitate bookings.
3.2 Payment Processing: We may share your payment details with our trusted third-party payment processors to facilitate rental payments and refunds.

We may also disclose your information to protect and defend our rights or property, enforce our policies, respond to claims or complaints, or protect the safety or rights of others.

responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are encouraged to use strong passwords.
